Unidoc היא פלטפורמת ניהול משרד מבוססת ענן הכוללת לוחות ורשומות, טפסים, מסמכים, חתימות דיגיטליות ואוטומציות. אנו רשאים לעדכן, לשפר או לשנות תכונות מעת לעת.
אתם אחראים לשמירת סודיות פרטי ההתחברות ולכל פעילות בחשבונכם. יש לספק מידע נכון ומעודכן.
אין להשתמש בשירות לפעילות בלתי-חוקית, להפרת זכויות צד שלישי, להעלאת תוכן מזיק, או לניסיון לפגוע באבטחת המערכת או בזמינותה.
אתם שומרים על הבעלות בתוכן שאתם מעלים. אתם מעניקים לנו רישיון מוגבל לאחסן ולעבד את התוכן לצורך אספקת השירות בלבד.
אנו שואפים לזמינות גבוהה אך השירות מסופק "כפי שהוא" (AS IS). במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, לא נישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים.
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית תהא לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

Unidoc is a cloud-based office-management platform including boards and records, forms, documents, e-signatures and automations. We may update, improve or change features from time to time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information.
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to compromise the system's security or availability.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Israel.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
